4 stars: App is little bit slow. Some of the products are available in store but not available online. Character recognition is to be improved. Rates are legible and products are available with discounted price. Overall experience is nice and can be recommended.
3 stars: 1.the emergency loan option disappears at times 2. you have an active data balance, it shows the balance, but the front page shows no active plan 3. you'll never get a human being on customer care. otherwise good. good user interface.
3 stars: User from Android 9, app glitches sometimes. But setting caller tune is awesome. We want a features to set custom caller tune for incoming call. And we wan a simple user interface, because we so confused, where to click, where to apply. Hope, next updates bring this feature. Thank you developers for your efforts.
