3 stars: The functionality of the app is fine. The VIP rewards are terrible. They expire in less than one month of a purchase. I don't have the budget to go to the theater a few times a month just to save five dollars. Not to mention there's nearly a two dollar convenience fee for using the app. Which in itself is rediculous. I don't know where to express my disappointment with the VIP points so I am doing it here.
3 stars: For some reason the app is stuck loading on the sign in portion. It recognizes my theaters and showtimes but not my profile. Anytime I try to click sign in it either gets stuck, or doesn't let me log in. When I tried to reset my password it said that I didn't have an account...so not sure what the issue is but I would love a patch so I can keep building up points.
5 stars: A fantastic service for enjoying movies where you want to see them, at what time and where you want to sit. Exceptional also for exchanges, cancelations and crediting purchase prices back to you account. A good brand to do business with.
5 stars: Grest app. Love being able to buy tickets and reserve seats from home. and checking in with the qr code is nice too. I can view all the local theaters to choose the best times and seats without driving anywhere.
4 stars: Pretty easy to use. Worked for what I needed it for. Really like how you can view seats taken without having to click on the different showtimes.
