3 stars: It was very useful until the crime overlay was removed. While I understand the reasoning behind it, I found that feature useful, even if it just gave me a general sense and did not substitute looking into a city's or town's crime stats via other avenues. The ability to select certain filters is helpful, although not accurate all the time. You can save filter selections.
3 stars: App started out great but now I pull up a list of houses but when you try to look at the property, it won't open. Says there was a error and can not open it right now on every single piece of property.

3 stars: The company is great, they have a lot of houses that other apps like Zillow don't have. The only problem is I waste so much time going through houses that don't have the square footage I want because there's no filter for above grade square footage.
3 stars: Lots of bugs in this app. Sometimes will not let you save as favorites. Sometimes will not open the property when you click on it from the map view and other times favorites on map do not show as a heart but as an unseen property icon. These errors are annoying as a user.
4 stars: great selection. could improve on communication with out of state local realtor. But, it is a busy time for all, so forgive them. the app works really well.
5 stars: easy to navigate and my favorite feature is,that it shows the size of the lot/land a home for sell sits on without having to click on initial pic THEN...
