3 stars: Navigating through the app is not intuitive. On Android 10 you have to remember to press and swipe right to go back to a previous page there's no back arrows or forward arrows on the page itself. Making appointments based on the referral notices does not seem to work. I'm probably doing it incorrectly but there's no way to know what the right way is.
4 stars: I can log in on a computer just fine, but I have been getting a server connection error for over a week. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Until this issue is able to be resolved, I give it a 1-star (since I can't give it a 0-star). UPDATE (04/11/22): The glitches have been worked out and the app is much better. When recently inpatient, I was even able to review test results before the doctors came to my room.
4 stars: Very user friendly. For the most part easy to navigate to find documents and messages. A good portal to communicate with providers. Also very good at sending important notifications and allowing option to electronically check in.
