3 stars: This app has been great until now. I have been using your app now for a ling time and I have never had an issue with it. Until yesterday when I tried to book a taxi and it told me that my payment method was invalid. So I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and logged out. When I now go to log in, I receive an error message saying \
5 stars: Quick support. Had a terrible experience with a taxi, emailed free now explaining the situation and in less that 2 minutes I got a phone call in which they apologized and refunded my money. So yeah, I will be using this service again because I know that if I do get in similar situation in the future, I will have real support and no automatic messages.
5 stars: Love this app.\u2764\ufe0f It's quick and easy to use. I have always loved using the app even though it changed its name a couple of times. I really like all of the drivers from Free Now with the exception of 1 of the drivers today but that was a complete one off.
