3 stars: App will suddenly make ordering your food from your favorite restaurant impossible. I had a big order to fill, and when I went to add another item, the items became unavailable and couldn't order anything else. When I went to start over, the whole restaurant was unavailable to order from! I don't understand. I never had trouble before, always use this app. Fix these issues, and I will give this app 5-star rating!
3 stars: The ordering system is great. The couriers not so much. They never follow instructions of ringing the bell. So I have to check the app like a hawk to make sure the food isn't left outside too long. Some even complain right to my face that the bell isn't working and when I ring it in front of them well there speechless. The few times when they do follow instructions, they literally just throw the food at the droor in a messy heap.
3 stars: I find this app less expensive than others. I also find the delivery and the service from the drivers to be excellent. I would have I would like an option to add a little bit of extra. So for example if I'm ordering a land platter I would like the option to ask for a little bit more lamb. The app doesn't give you that option.
