3 stars: Samsung Android user and have loved this app for years. Completely derailed over the past 2 months to the point that it is generally unusable. No queue, no recommendations and cannot load credits on my account. Emailed TouchTunes a month ago detailing my issues with no response. I'd like to keep spending my money to continue using their service but have been unable to for quite some time.
5 stars: Awesome app..whenever I have concerns or problems I can email touch tunes to get the issue resolved and there has never been A time that i have to wait more than 24 hours before they reach out to me. From music not playing, to the box being turned off in middle of songs. You guys are awesome keep up the great work\ud83d\udc9e\u2764\ud83d\udd25\ud83d\udc9c
3 stars: Like the user below me stated, I too would rate it higher, but I've had nothing but trouble with it for almost 2 weeks. I've reinstalled it a couple of times already, no luck. I can't view my lists, nor can I even purchase credits. Fix the issues ASAP and I'll change my rating.
3 stars: Great to listen to music until someone starts using the fast pass and you don't get to hear your songs. I get it it's a capitalist society, but at least let me get my money's worth. I'll be uninstalling the app after I use up my credits.
