3 stars: It was very useful until the crime overlay was removed. While I understand the reasoning behind it, I found that feature useful, even if it just gave me a general sense and did not substitute looking into a city's or town's crime stats via other avenues. The ability to select certain filters is helpful, although not accurate all the time. You can save filter selections.
3 stars: I loved the crime option and am not pleased that it was deleted. You should find a program to allow customers to zoom out much farther than it is allowed now. I would rather be able to contact the actual realtors than a generic number when you click to contact the realtor. Other than these items, your app is the only one I use to search for properties.
3 stars: Lots of bugs in this app. Sometimes will not let you save as favorites. Sometimes will not open the property when you click on it from the map view and other times favorites on map do not show as a heart but as an unseen property icon. These errors are annoying as a user.
4 stars: I have found the app very useful and user friendly. I do wish it were easier to see and understand the actual distance to public transportation and more clearly differentiate between express busses and Metro-North.
3 stars: Have you ever had 0 results for a search, and then zoomed out to find more? To have the app tell you, you need to zoom in? I know i have and it's infuriating. I'm passively looking at whole states, but you can't do that her...
