5 stars: Very nice service. Carefully chosen hotels with ratings make it easier for customers to choose from. They give good discounts comparing to swiggy. Delivery partners are well trained. They deliver straight to your hands. Like other food operators they don't disappoint the customers. Really good job done. App is very easy to use. \ud83d\udc4d Great.
3 stars: Amazing app, but it is a little difficult to navigate, especially when I need to order food. Update: Tech feedback: the app when minimized, just disappears, you have to go to apps and open it again, though context is restored, but everytime you have to go open it again, if you minimize. Which most people I think do a lot.

Easy to place orders and view the options, well tech-driven tracking and payment facilities - Zomato is pretty good. 4 stars: Options are good, but I see many of the food cost higher than what we see in restaurants. Not sure it is from restaurants side or zomato. It could be corrected. We are paying extra tax and service charge than why do you charge extra in menu. If you get parcel directly from restaurants they get same cost as dine in with some parcel charge. But here in zomato they leverage more
