5 stars: I really like the app.For a guy like me who fell out of touch with being active due to depression, its absolutelu perfect. Its very customizable to fit how your current weight and body type too. It will be a long journey but with this app, I can definitively tell I'll make some process as long as I keep to it. Great app. A wonderful. Especially for these hard times.
5 stars: It's a great app! The exercises are tough, but the daily reminder feature allows me to set myself up for a time that works for me. I reccomend this to anyone who wants to get rid of weight. This is no miracle fix though, you have to put in work yourself. I myself have tried to restrict my diet a bit more (aka backing off the chips and 3rd servings). Good luck to everyone wanting to lose weight, you got this!
3 stars: Decent enough but I don't use the programs I just make my own. what's frustrating is that it doesn't have all the exercises so I have to use both this and the Lose belly fat App. And that's not even counting the exercises in the ab app or the home workout app. frustrating. it would be nice to have everything in one app.
5 stars: I'm really enjoying the app. The exercises can be done anywhere and the water tracker is a big help as I hate water. The information is good and the workouts appropriate. The alerts are helpful without being annoying. It's gotten me started with exercise again and I like the results.
