3 stars: Room for improvement. Kindly consider allowing alternate navigation app like Waze to be set as default navigating tool over Google maps. Go Go Gojek!!!
3 stars: The font is too tiny, please enlarge the font for us to read safely while driving. When job come in while we are depending on GPS to find destination, it's very frustrating that it keep erasing the GPS
5 stars: Gojet is a good money making platform for drivers. It is also an attractive traveling means for Riders with many promotions. But it takes too long to see improvement on the APP. Gojet should interview some senior Gojet drivers to get positive and structured feedbacks if they want to maintain their presence in Singapore.
4 stars: Everything on me is great, but the only problem we can change the settings on the apps for ie. language, sound notification, and etc.
5 stars: Expectation that was slightly late to reply when drivers needed assistance. Email template was send but overall still got rooms that can be improved from the intern. Demanding of passengers was quite surprised by hiring Gojek. As long as jobs kept on coming in drivers can manage the extra incomes. Hopefully for the fare issues Gojek could recalculated. Hope to see improvement in future \ud83d\ude42
4 stars: unfortunately I have to wear reading glasses just can see your job details, if can put the words bigger with bold \u0026 darker? quite dangerous wear a glasses while driving, I hope it will improve. Thanks!
