3 stars: They can't see your medical records. You cannot upload an attachment into the app... When you go to the website to log in and try to send the attachment, it brings you to the play store or app. Looking for healthcare providers : shows me mostly Quebec, but that's not good programing for a default as OHIP will probably not cover any services there without a lot of paperwork.
5 stars: I had an appointment within 10 minutes of downloading the app and a prescription faxed to my pharmacy 10 minutes after that. It saved me hours of waiting at a walk-in clinic. Everything was so easy and streamed lined and the follow up team is a really nice touch. I'll be using it again for sure
5 stars: I got an appointment in 10 minutes at 9.40 pm right from my home. Besides, they gave me great suggestions for the clinics ( public and private) during and after the consultation based on the proximity and to where i live and i did get an immediate consultation with a dermatologist, without the need to wait for months.
