3 stars: Slow to load, they need to code in a widget that you can keep your barcode on your main home screen. Half the time I open the app it asks me to update and prolongs the checkout experience for nothing.
5 stars: This was a great app but have been having trouble with my points and now does not show my points streak for coffees Update...issues fixed
5 stars: Gives credits when purchasing goods and services and is worth using. Saving up points is worth the time.
4 stars: Giving it four stats because all my issue been solved by using mobile check out. But it should work at POS instead of mobile. Plus I am still annoyed with how they run Customer Service, if you email it takes them 3 days to respond and will close it in 2 days if you don't respond to them. That is not customer service.
3 stars: Works well most of the time. However, there are streak promotions and my purchases towards streaks seem to be missed half the time. Not sure if it's the app or the back end.
