3 stars: The interface of the app is easy to use, however, there is always confusions and problems within the bus, delays, customers arguing and being rude with each other and with the bus driver. It's cheap but the customer service lacks support. If you wanna travel for cheap keep in mind the issues and situations you will encounter.
5 stars: After reviewing all the review about FlixBus here and tripadvisor, I'm really afraid but my experience with FlixBus was pretty good. The bus was on time, not clean but enough. There is no food or drink during the trip, as expected. The driver is really nice.

5 stars: One of the most useful apps that you can download for traveling. By mistake I booked wrong dates to travel but thank the app I could change the date without any charges. I didn't had any issue with the payment ant the prices are really good \ud83d\udc4c I recommend this app.
