4 stars: Love the app and the platform supports voice commands... Mostly. Please solve for the lack of speaker grouping voice commands. That would set me at a 5 star rating.
4 stars: Have issues with some channels, music is no longer available, just a constant stream of commercials. I suspect it's my internet provider.
3 stars: Has potential to be useful. If playing Amazon music for example you will want to be in Amazon app(their search is better), then flip over to sonos to increase volume etc. Flip back to Amazon to select next track.. It's a bit tedious but works...handy if you just want to hit play once and then control volume, or what room to play to etc

4 stars: Something has gone wrong with recent updates to the app. I keep having issues connecting to my Spotify/Amazon Music and this has been going on for a few weeks now. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon as I can see from the comments that others are facing a similar issue. Edit (Jan 2022): Connection issue has been fixed.
