5 stars: Very fun and easy to use. Very convenient, and helps with parking and charges your phone while driving. Amazing company here!
4 stars: Amazing fun and really clean efficient transport. The first ride unlocked with zero battery and charged me \u20ac2. Other than that, would be perfect.
3 stars: Riding is great, and more reliable than some other scooter companies where power cuts at dangerous moments. However, like other scooter companies, the QR code doesn't work at night as it is too reflective and my phone gets glare. Also the back up code frequently doesn't work. Also there isn't a FAQ which explains what the difference in zones is, so this is most easily discovered with trial and error, or bumping into an employee and asking.
4 stars: It was easy to download and sign up for it. However, will there be an option for bicycle with a back smaller seat or for bicycles with child seats? Families with younger children too small to ride on their will not be able to use your service. We like the flexibility of the service compared to a bicycle rental option with inflexible hours.
3 stars: Great idea.. too often no bikes available or bike have issues. Seats: always breaking (tilting up) and are rock hard. Also on many occasions the ride height is broken.
3 stars: Omg, what a fun ride it was only till I found out that the nearest parking area is miles away from my hotel, so a bit limiting in this aspect as I still had to take a taxi \ud83e\udd74.
