5 stars: One of the most useful, easy to use, bug-free apps I've ever used. I have never had issues with it crashing or closing, and I typically get a confirmation email almost instantly. So quick and easy to submit claims and check coverage. Love it!
5 stars: Quick and easy to submit. Had an issue where some information wasn't seen by them in the PDF because the text bar was grey and my claim was rejected the first time. I called their customer service and they helped me sort things out. So far so good.
3 stars: Not an awful app. Front end is clunky. I'm always wondering where to find what I want. Usually I just want to submit a claim and it's not obvious how to find it. Once you have it is straight forward.
5 stars: Great app! So convenient to be able to submit claims and have the money direct deposited. You can also see your coverage and so much information that you used to have to call for.
4 stars: Easy to upload images of receipts and with my profile set up already it makes it a smooth process when submitting a claim. Much better than going in to the office to submit claims from years ago.
5 stars: Works great!!! Makes Submitting claims super easy!!! Our work benefits are confusing and only use one pharmacy for direct billing. This app makes life so much easier when we can't use that one specific pharmacy. Thank you Medavie for making it easy to get our money back quickly.
