4 stars: Great app for ordering food. Customer service has also been very efficient in the past. I had an issue where a restaurant had neither confirmed not denied my order for ages, and so I had to contact just eat to cancel my order and get a refund which was done without issue
3 stars: it's not a bad food app but could definitely do with an update it's been the same for years now. would really love to see more visual menu's bit I'm sure that's upto the restaurants too, also better tracking for the delivery would make it a lot nicer to use
4 stars: Good selection of restaurants good service, but a little confusing how to find what you really what.
3 stars: It's a good app but doesn't really value it's customers other apps will give you something off or even some will give you your meal free not this app tho still the same years later
