5 stars: I have no idea why people are rating this so low, my experience so far has been nothing but pleasant. Everything works fine, the prices are actually lower than in Yandex.Taxi, and my driver happened to be really nice and super competent: got me through an hour ride (with traffic) in less than 30 (!) minutes. Sure, maybe I just got lucky, we'll see about that, but I'll definitely use this app again.
3 stars: App v.4.84.0 doesn't work at Samsung Galaxy S20 plus (freeze on initial screen)
3 stars: Terrible service. It appears as if always right is a driver, not a client. Oh, and the app says there is no connection to the internet, although there is one. No credit card is accepted if an order is placed by phone. Payment method can only be changed via app. And true, some drivers charge for waiting immediately and then switch off the phone. PS. Correction. Got refunded within couple days. Two stars back up.
5 stars: I always get responses from the support in the app support chat, it might take several minutes, but still. Once I had an issue with the driver and was given a complementary promo to get a discount on the next ride. Works for me
