Accurate information received from the Pharmacy app which is usfull \u0026 very easy to book medicines \u0026Lab tests. Customer care services also very excellent. Delivery of the Medicines will be made in time as per the schedule Thanks to PharmacyApp/ Technicians/doctors/Delivery boys/customer care services.
3 stars: For Pharmeasy members delivery charge was free beyond \u20b9150.00 but all of a sudden without information enhanced the limit to \u20b9 1,000.00. Very unfair and it may be either enhanced to higher limit or discontinued. All these discounts and free delivery benefits are mere attractions and after netting customers surreptiously these business firms clutches throttle consumers.
4 stars: Good app and service. Only one issue is that payment is not accepted with an international credit card, which is baffling. As a tech business all modes of payments should be accepted.
3 stars: First order, bad experience. Update received as delivery delayed, but order received as per original ETA after complaining. Update on the order page does not show shipping details, leading to customer assuming that there us no progress after invoicing.
