5 stars: Zomato is my Favorite food ordering App. It has associated with wide range of hotels in my city, especially in my area. Whatever be the climate condition outside, simply i order food from my home in Zomato, for sure food will be delivered to me within commited time. I have not faced order cancellation issue in Zomato till now, that's good thing i will tell about Zomato. Thank you Zomato for serving Tasty food in my home itself.
4 stars: It's a very good app , I didn't give 1 star cause they don't accept cash on delivery if the price is above 350/400 ruppes , I would be very happy if you change that cause there are many people who doesn't know or isn't comfortable of paying online Other than that it's a good app for food delivery
4 stars: It's a great app and gud service. I have one suggestion thoug. Zomato delivery boys should be provided with hard delivery case for carrying food. At present they are carrying food in Zomato cases and these are not strong enough to carry food. Sometimes these bags hang on sides.
5 stars: Order placing and discount is smooth. One recommendation would be to try and make the user interface less cluttered. I see a lot of information without asking for it. It'd be great if I can see information relevant to me.
