3 stars: There's no need to trigger a system notification about the servers being down. I haven't opened the app in several months (I actually forgot I had it). This should have been a notification within the app. Developers that abuse the notification system get bad reviews from me.

I've been looking for an app that can do this for quite a while now. This is a MUST HAVE for those who want to do anything like this with their phone and who miss linux on dex.
