3 stars: Can't go back. Don't even try or prepare to type your information all over again. The basic functions work but app is not intuitive. Is it really necessary to type in all that information for a basic account? Perhaps let me purchase a flight.
4 stars: while checking in for my flight I selected my credit card for my checked bags. the only country I could chose for my credit card was the US.. I live in Canada. now have to deal with it at the airport. otherwise the app was nice
3 stars: It prompts you for payment but doesn't allow credit cards with a non-US address (I'm in Canada and using their airline for my international flight).
3 stars: Frustrated because the app will not scan my passport despite saying capture will happen automatically
5 stars: More direct flights! Can change flights at zero cost! Good prices! Same planes. Why would people not use United? I tried Spirit twice and those losers were not able to find pilots for both flights. This caused major and expensive problems.
