5 stars: There was a major issue recently which made the launcher not start at all. This forced me to try other launchers, at least until the issue is fixed. I tried like a dozen launchers including all the popular ones, but didn't like any of them. At the end of the day, SL is still the best launcher there is. Yes, the devs made a huge mistake, but things happen. What matters is that they responded to the community and fixed the issue promptly.
5 stars: Sure, recently there was a good up. But the devs came through, there were alternatives to get back quickly. And they were super responsive. I took the time to explore every other launcher I could find and came back to this one. It is best love I find
5 stars: lots of negative reviews for an update that was admittedly human error. of the 4 or 5 yrs since i paid for this app, i have been super happy with the features and functions. this is the only update i recall causing the app to 'break'. mistakes happen - yes, there were workarounds, while a bit inconvenient. still pleased and will continue to use!! lesson learned for the devs, right?
5 stars: The updates and changes have to be rolled out with acknowledgement for big changes, only minor ones for autoupgrade. But otherwise, for ease of use and options to customize without the need of being a programmer, this is the best app on market and the framework to make your phone beautiful.
