5 stars: Fabulous helps me create habbits that are healthy, but makes them seem very simple and easy, in stead of trying to make you do everything you want to do all at once, it helps you create a habit of a few of those things at a time, and really follows the if it's worth doing it's worth doing badly method, if you do choose this app good luck on you personal journey
5 stars: First day, but I think it will really help me. There's so many things you can put in your routine, it's incredible! I really think that since I live alone and want to be sure to keep my mental health on track, it will help to have daily reminder for more than taking my pills... Just simple stuff like drink water, manage to plan each morning a 10 minutes clean up,....
