This is not acceptable because i have a account i 2017 or 2018 my account has all of the equipment all of the Max and op armor weapons and all charaters and now i lost my account and please fix the Data saving system in your game please i spend money and HOURS AND HOURS even MONTHS to get that equipment.
3 stars: One of the best game I ever played.. But something went wrong. I can't log in to my account anymore. It keep on saying that you have entered the wrong password too many times. That is very unusual, I've been using the same password to my other credentials.. It became my universal password too.. I have memorized it since then.. Is t a bug or was my account hacked? Not sure.. Please fix
5 stars: I am not satisfied with these present update it made the game laggy and freezes, it kind of ruining the game, please get it fixed. I tried switching network as you suggested but the game still freezes when I sort and sell items on the bag, also when salvaging and feeding the ward. Many players are also complaining about this, to prove it make a survey to see how many players have this problem, Thank you.
3 stars: Im enjoying this game but!!! I just want to say that please hear our request of having a server merge. Other servers have their merges. I sent a message from your facebook account and you said that your still processing it to your developers. Why does it take so long lol. You keep on creating new servers that is why there are only few players...
