5 stars: Always exceptionally well. Zomato has always been my go to partner for food delivery. Generous discounts are always there which also helps me add a little bit more in delivery driver's tip. Never had any issue with them. Even if I had any, they were always resolved with satisfactory results. I came to India after so looong and Zomato didn't disappoint. Keep rocking :)
4 stars: #Zomato is much improved now, following up delayed/ undelivered orders, and prompt action refunding for not delivered. An earlier review of mine:- *wrong food delivered, when pointed out only action was taken was some points added for next time order. No guarantee that you will get what you order. I am not going to order through Zomato again
3 stars: The app is good with a good selection of restaurants. However, there are a few things that need to be taken care of. 1. You cannot pay by cash when the order value is only \u20b9 300! (Incl of the delivery fee). This should be increased to 600 at least. 2. You cannot simultaneously order from two restaurants using the pay on delivery option. Definitely a big let down.
