3 stars: Should be compatible with Android Auto and Apples version of the same thing. Also, there should be a slide right to accept a trip. Otherwise you just have to blink the wrong way and it accepts a trip. Silly. You would expect a better app from a company that can afford it.
4 stars: Something is not nice for me is for the stacked orders: you can not see the second order's detailed address until you finish the first order, but even you just pass by the second one and it's resonable to deliver the second one at first place. Better show the options and let the driver choose which one to go first
4 stars: I would give 5 star rating but I think there is a room for improvement. A piece of advice, the app should be compatible with Android Auto and Apple car play so we don't have to keep our phone mounted on the dashboard.

3 stars: Full picture and detail from pick-up to dropoff shoul be appear on the top of the screen when the delivery offer pop-up, but it dont, that's the biggest disappointing.
