4 stars: It does exactly what it claims, and it's pretty easy to use. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anybody wanting to keep a folder on their phone synchronized with Dropbox. The only drawbacks are the fact that it's fairly expensive if you want to sync more than one folder, and that it pops up a lot of suggestions to try their other apps (which I find a little obnoxious, after I've already paid specifically to remove the ads).
5 stars: I've been using Dropsync Ultimate for almost 2 yrs now to sync various Dropbox files between my Surface Book and Galaxy Note 3 and then transferred seamlessly to my Note 9. For me it works as advertised, syncs perfectly and I've never experienced any issues or problems. Totally a low maintenance dependable app, therefore I give the highest rating, a 5.
5 stars: Exactly what I was looking for! Works as advertised. Just be careful with your first few syncs. Tip: Do some tests first to make sure you get how it works and use files you've already backed up outside of dropbox incase you make a mistake
