I'm a little confused using some of the features, but if you play around with it a little bit, it's not so bad. I'd recommend a setting for night shift workers, seeing as how tracking sleeping habits is a little cumbersome. Edit: prompt responses and good messging from the developers are what I like to see from an app. Keep it up guys!
