4 stars: There's a UI bug: In room view, when all inputs are listed as tiles, labels for those on the last row are hidden behind the pane anchored at the bottom (used for the active input).
4 stars: With a little bit of patience and practice, it's a good app to run your home theatre
5 stars: Excellent App. Works very well. Don't really need the remote.
4 stars: Problems with mesh networks - if your phone and Yamaha speaker are connected to different nodes on the same mesh network, the phone would not be able to see the speaker in the app. You can't control the speaker until you reconnect the phone to the same node that the speaker is connected to. If the speaker is hardwired, this problem does not exist.
4 stars: When i close the app, my lock screen still shows the controls for the app are still running and when not in the lock screen, the volume buttons are still trying to control the volume of the app. Annoying when trying to control volume of media i am watching on my phone. Aside from that, app is decent and works well. could do with more customizable DLNA (server) options, and playlists from server sources don't seem to work that well.
3 stars: It works well. It's a good start but could use some UI/UX design changes to say the Tidal section. Also it will not directly stream any files beyond 96Khz from the 'My Phone' section. You'll need to run a DLNA service app on your phone and use the 'Server' section to stream any file 96KHz or DSD
