4 stars: I have enjoyed shopping on this app, its website. Customer service has also been great with store credits for items with an inferior-feel. However, I have some issues: 1. Reviews for clothing are unavailable in the app. 2. Winter jackets and boots do not have temperature ratings listed in the description section of the items. Will update when I stumble on more issues.
5 stars: I have order a few things, linens and housewares and have been very pleased with shipping times and quality of both linens and kitchen wares. Prices are also very reasonable.
3 stars: I've been shopping here for a good while and the stuff I got at first was good. Recently it's been hit or miss. The sheets I bought were marked Hotel 5th AVE but had the texture of an itchy, cheap cotton. The boots o ordered for my daughter smelled HORRIBLE and were cheaply made. I could see the glue on the soles and the pleather was badly cut. Not shopping here for a little bit. The quality has gone down in my opinion.
5 stars: I was hesitant to shop here. Looked up reviews, and ask questions around my work. Quality merchandise, received in good condition, mailings time reasonable. Have had no problems returning items. Credits received towards next purchases. They rotate suppliers often, so if something is sold out they will notify you when it becomes available. Purchases made on line easily, and through customs service. FRIENDLY. Thanks ZULILY
