3 stars: Really slow loading menus and shows when on Xfinity wifi, fast when on phone data. And chromecast hardly ever works - but the latest update now atleast includes a pop-up that is shown after the cast button is clicked, that seems to hint that some videos can't be casted. Videos play uninterrupted and smooth once they get going.
3 stars: I have sent email about this with no response. ALL Live TV streaming since the last update is choppy and unwatchable on both this phone (Moto) and another (Samsung) with different Android versions. Streaming recorded shows is fine, but sometimes the voice and picture are out of sync...not all the time though (this also happens with our DVR!). Please provide a solution to the former and analyze the latter at least. Thanks!
3 stars: This app frequently has problems loading. It will tell you that it cannot load your program, try back later. As far as accessibility for the blind is concerned and maybe 50/50 at the best. They really need to put a little more effort into this app.
