3 stars: Every time I tried to use it I got an error message saying electronic payment was not available for this trip. I gave up and used Uber instead.
3 stars: No email, nor phone validation. Difficult to contact support. Developer email is not valid and you need an active account to contact support. Double check your email and phone or you may end up locked out. Also, they ask you to *justify* why you want to close your account. Making closing your account. Unnecessary complex.
3 stars: Can never use the app when I need it the most in Argentina because if you're in the city and want to travel 20 mins out of the city to other neighborhoods you can't order a car right away but instead it forces you to make a reservation at least an hour before, even if it claims that the minimum is 45 minutes
3 stars: Hi, More than once the driver accepts the drive and then suddenly they cancelled it. Sometimes the driver does not follow the road indicated in the app.
4 stars: The maps accuracy needs to improve. Sometimes, the addresses are 2 blocks off when the app catches them from the phone's location.
3 stars: I cannot get past the confirmation number I supposedly should receive via SMS to create an account... Would appreciate if anyone can help me out here since in Buenos Aires, Argentina app works extremely well.
