5 stars: There was issues with the audio but since the recent patch it has been fantastic!
3 stars: Glitchy!! For an app that stops showing feed suddenly and it freezes and glitches having to exit and restart the app etc ... not impressed for a VERY expensive camera ! When it works, its great but i think they should have spent more money on the app making, had a handheld monitor screen as well or at least as an option.
4 stars: Pretty good! Image quality is great, even night vision. White noise is the playlist of my life at the moment. Would like a breeze system for rewind on the video, I find it hard to use. Volume for noise/lullabies could use a more sensitive slider or have a way to input the % numerically (sometimes I accidentally move it the wrong way as there is lag and it goes full blast, upsetting the baby).
3 stars: Great when it works.. reconnecting once you've moved to a new place or reconnecting when you are back is a REAL PAIN! I'm blown away by the fact that nothing has been done to address this even after numerous customer complaints. It is really sad to see this product's potential being thrown down the drain.
4 stars: The app works pretty well on all of our phones. There's a slight delay between an event and the notification, but I can't tell if it's because of the app or a network connection.. The app seems to get better with every update so far so I'm hopeful the delay will diminish. Support is super responsive as well.
