3 stars: It was difficult for my colleagues and me to initially figure out how to purchase the 5 Pack...after searching each tab numerous times all three of us stumbled upon how to make the purchase but then it was somewhat easy to redeem a pass. Redeeming a parking pass has lots of clutter on the page...too much to read unnecessary text. Also, get rid of the wording that says \
5 stars: I really like this HonkMobile. It makes paying for parking so easy. I also like how you can extend your parking session ahead of time and that you get alerts ahead of when your session expires.
5 stars: Great App, works exactly how you'd want! Recognizes where you are and clearly shows parking rates. Goople pay makes paying super easy and the reminders or alerts your parking is going to expire are a nice touch. Wish everywhere used their system.
5 stars: Easy to use and great customer service. I had my license plate wrong and had to pay a second time. They refunded me right away for the wrong one.
3 stars: Great way to avoid lineups to pay at the machine. The negative is that when you extend your time, instead of adding to your remaining time, it overlaps with your remaining time. I specifically chose to EXTEND the time in the app.
