4 stars: Works well with my device but sometimes it's hard to find what you are looking for.
3 stars: Works somewhat well. I disabled the LBS function as it makes the tracking inaccurate, but it is to be expected with LBS. In GPS mode it's wonderful when the watch is connected to the network (that's another story on it's own!) The quality is better since we changed the watch for an LTE one but at least twice a week it can't connect to the network... what????
3 stars: Overall the app is not bad.... Easy to set up once you finally get the watch connected to your phone through the SeTracker2 app (which was its own set of headaches)....Customer service is very helpful (I dealt with Vicki who was awesome), but it shouldn't be that difficult to bind the watch to your phone to begin with. GPS a little off most times...but overall not bad.
3 stars: It gives lots of false alarms. Says he left home when he's sitting in his livingroom. Not very reliable, but does have a good locate feature.
3 stars: It's OK when it works. App is unstable. Frequently sends false alerts about the watch being outside set perimeter when it is not. GPS positioning sometimes way off.
