5 stars: Simply fantastic! A wide variety of learning content that covers all of the areas of learning the language, in a conveniently organized app, for a modest, reasonable price. Out of all the learning apps I've tried for Japanese, this is easily my favorite and it encompasses a variety of content that you'd normally find in 2 or 3 clunky different apps combined, which is instead all in one, with no compromise for its quality.
5 stars: Incredibly helpful, especially when learning all the language entails (learning the kanji etc is fun when you start recognizing them more and more). Learning to write/draw all the various characters is enjoyable and very helpful with this software. The options are also very helpful (what characters to see, like with cue cards), and the reminders/tests are helpful and motivating. Grateful for this software, one step at a time, I'm learning.
4 stars: Good app overall but with some major issues: 1) synchronization between devices does not work and I lost all my review progress because of it (2500+ words). 2) serious usability issues on tablet with latest Android version - unresponsive buttons, inconsistent page/widget layout. I would give the app 5 stars without these issues.
