5 stars: Great time saving app that lets you collect rewards while ordering ahead. I love that it lets you save your preferences and special notes and they will never charge you more than in-store prices.
5 stars: Ritual was one of the pioneer pick-up apps in Toronto; has a large selection of restaurants, works flawlessly, nothing to complain about!
5 stars: Hands down my favourite food ordering app. No extra fees or menu price inflation, and the rewards system is easy to understand/accumulate.

3 stars: If you're downtown it's great, otherwise forget about it because the selection of restaurants outside of the core is tiny and usually the same restaurant's different locations. After working from home in the west end since March 2020, I simply can't justify the app taking room on my phone storage since I haven't used it in forever and I have no plans to go back to downtown.

5 stars: Ritual has the best customer service EVER. Some companies straight up just don't how to enter their menu into Ritual, but that ajn't Rituals fault. But still, I think there should be a bit of quality control cause some of these menus are straight up lacking key ...
