5 stars: I've had the Desktop app and phone app installed for 10 minutes so far, and I love it. I hooked in through WiFi initially, found it a tad slow to react, but that's probably due to my connection. Via USB? Really quick, fast response, nice to use. I can keep my phone on my desktop, both physically and on my screen and TYPE text messages, instead of relying on my nemesis Auto-correct.

5 stars: The Home, Back, and Recent Apps buttons at the bottom of Smart View are gone since the update. I can't find how to get them back. I can only use these buttons physically on the phone itself, which defeats the purpose of the Smart View... Any ideas? UPDATE after response: Nope, still not fixed. Buttons are still missing. UPDATE: Fixed, thanks! Dec.21, 2019. Rating updated.
4 stars: Almost perfect. Using my mouse and keyboard from my laptop during screen mirror would be helpful. Sidesync was always my go-to app but it seems to not be working at the moment. Also the bluetooth uses up a lot of battery. Overall, pretty good replacement for Sidesync.
3 stars: I'm not very impressed with Samsung flow. It connects the first time and I can use it with no problem, what app on restart of my computer or from a full shutdown and restart on my computer, it does not connect. I've tried numerous times to set this up. when it connects it works great otherwise it doesn't. I only have a hard-wired connection on my computer so Bluetooth is not an option.
