3 stars: I always use rapido, everytime I am about to ride with someone they plan on using other platforms but u always convince them to use rapido. The only thing I'm looking forward is rapido providing a monthly subscription so that I won't need to spend a lot for the same route everyday I'm taking. Just keeping 3 stars so that the team might read this.
5 stars: Really a great app. Only issue in the app is that whenever I earn a reward and swipe to check what I've won but it doesn't work unable to swipe and didn't get any reward too. Really disappointed with this. Please solve this issue asap.
5 stars: I experienced the safe and reliable rides of Rapido. Many safety features are equipped and 24\u00d77 help and support are provided to the customers. They extended their service to more than 100 cities in India, so now it is easy for the customers to avail of the service when they move to other cities. We can easily operate this app and we can book the rides on cheaper rates.
4 stars: I decided to try out Rapido services for the first time a few days ago, and I have to say, it's been fantastic so far! The app is simple to use; I like the tracking and the ease of payment; and all of the captains have been vaccinated, efficient, professional, and patient.
