5 stars: I am giving the app five stars because it is one of the best. It has everything you need. My one recommendation to the developers is that the font size on the mobile app is too small. Since pinch to zoom is not available, please consider increasing the font size.
5 stars: Super easy (and kind of fun) to use. Pull property details right from the MLS. Highly editable, too. I also like how the information bubbles teach you what each investment stat means.
