5 stars: Hands down one of the easiest ways to keep track of 5-3-1 BBB and for a one time fee of$15 you get even more options. Recommend
5 stars: Amazing app, updated constantly. Highly customizable. I couldn't live without it. Very functional for free but low one time pro cost so worth it compared to other apps subscription model. I've been through a few cycles of some included routines and have created my own, at the gym and with home equipment. If you can't benefit from this app you have other problems besides the app itself.
5 stars: Fantastic app! For the GZCLP program I've used it for, it records failures, adjusts rest times, weight, and reps accordingly. no annoying notifications or bugs that I could find. Even the free version is excellent. Upgrading to the paid version (one-time payment) lets you modify routines on the fly. both keep so much data that really helps with tracking progress and adjusting routines as needed. Rest timer vibrate and tone are handy!
3 stars: The app contains several pretty good programs for beginners. But there is more debug work needed before I give it a 5-star ratting. The resume function has some issues in the loop. I lost my program twice already in just the first week.
5 stars: Very Flexible for a free app, I am considering purchasing the pro version. I've used it over time, even the free version offers so much in the way of setting up work outs as well as progressively increasing intensity over time. Great App
