5 stars: Love this app.. it really helps calm me down in a panic attack. It has a lot of different options for what helping you in what you're going through with your anxiety. The subscription price really isn't bad for a year either! Definitely worth downloading and trying it out as there is a free trial!
5 stars: I have moved my 4 star to a 5 star, now that I have had more time to listen/navigate around the Dare app. I find this app is very informative, I also find it's very useful to listen to when I'm out and about, it helps me to understand what I'm feeling and why. it's very user friendly as well, Thanks Dare Team! \ud83d\udc4f
5 stars: I've had this app for 1 week and so far it's helped me through multiple panic and anxiety attacks. It's like a personal therapist is with you at the exact moment you need them, and my mind relaxes within 10 mins of opening the SOS modules. Thank you!
