5 stars: I'm using this app to remap the bixby button to several useful actions, and so far it hasn't let me down, even with the screen off. After disabling bixby using adb everything is working flawlessly. Only issue I had was when I tried to remap the volume button long press to skip the tracks, which doesn't seem to work with the screen off. Otherwise the app is great

5 stars: Installed on my Nvidia Shield (2018) quickly, enabled it in Accessibility settings as directed, followed the directions to remap the Netflix button on my Shield Pro remote (2021), worked like a charm, mission accomplished in under 2 minutes. Works perfectly. Will report back if that changes. Well done app.
