3 stars: It is a great app for someone like me, a novel lover. However, the verification process to purchase items for people in outside of Korea are almost impossible. So frustrated.
4 stars: It's overall a good app; very well organized and easy to maneuver through the app. However, naver in general is horrible at identifying your identity
5 stars: This app is Koreans, but I like to read in Korean because I want to learn Korean as well. There is a app for the webtoon for English version as well.

5 stars: Woahhh what are all these people giving low ratings because it's not in English..? You might as well go to Korea and complain to the Koreans that they should speak English. The app was originally for Koreans, but some English-speaking people came and expected everything to be wired to them.
3 stars: Please add even an auto translate option for other languages for the novels. Even when I pay for episodes, I can't read them on the web since the website only shows the free episodes and the paid episodes are locked in Korean on the app. Other than that, the app is fluid, fast responding, easy to use and move around in even though I'm not good with Korean.
