5 stars: I love this game! Had a technical issue, but the customer service department was so kind. The developers fixed the issue (first problem with the game, ever!!) quickly, it's so fast now. Talk about a great group of people. My favorite game online. Thank you so much Design Island Team.
5 stars: I had previously rated this game 1* (August 30/21). I am back in the game and have to say the response from the support staff was EXCELLENT. They kept in touch with me regarding the progress of fixing the issue and got it fixed in just a couple of days. Well done!
3 stars: I unfortunately won't be playing this game again. I was on level 1085. Had to get a new phone. Followed the directions for Facebook uploading multiple times. Making sure both devices had same version , etc. New device continuously installs and recovers data putting me on level 11. Don't want to start all over again. So uninstalling app for final time!
5 stars: Amazing its nice to be able to be friends with Design Island on FB and the instant response to our questions thank you Design Island!! Im srill loving this game its september of 2021 i like the rewards and i like the old levels they are predictable and come with power yps snd ublimited lives im vert happy witg this game.
