3 stars: I usually purchase volume based data. I am testing unlimited maxi FUP 1GB. But, sadly, there is around 450MB gap between my counter and Smartfren server counter. So the FUP is always around 550MB. This can lead to dispute. Why don't you put FUP status/counter in the apps?
3 stars: wow, no dark mode and glitchy ux. 3 stars bcs i have no expectation for this app other than being helpful yet it still disappoints somehow. all-in-all, waste of your storage.
4 stars: Please improve the user interface, cause is still confusing to navigate.
5 stars: I find SF was quite easy to use, simple in top up with affordable price. Actually it's my 1st time using SF, cause I've been disappointed with my long time provider, which was not price friendly for its customer particularly in this pandemic situation.
5 stars: Developers did amazing job on this one, really informative and easy to use, and a whole lot of payment options! And most of them offers cashback too, hooray! Also, SF is the best provider for unlimited plans hands down.
3 stars: When i'm on a urgent to buy a quota, the apps kinda annoying. At least if the customer wants to buy a quota on urgent needs, please decrease the data use on the apps or it'll be better if we could open the apps freely/comfortably even when we're on urgent needs.
