5 stars: This app is my absolute favourite. It never crashes, menu is simple and easy to use, smart search engine, amazing selection of clothes and shoes with detailed product description, size guide, click and collect option, an option to pay with Klarna, always deliver on time and easy returns. I love Asos and this is the best shopping app I've used. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!
3 stars: Great but I really wish there were more discounts. The max discount is only 10% and that seems a little rough knowing that most of the clothes are over £35... The notification system is a little annoying as when you get a notificstion for back in stock and click on the item its gone immiedietely. Kind of pointless tbh if its so late ://
3 stars: I paid for subscription to gain access to 2 day delivery service but all of my packages so far have taken 5-7 days to arrive. My zip code isn't the issue so I wonder if it's just the items that simply can't be shipped in two days. Something that has bothered me is that asos and ups give different delivery dates.
3 stars: I usually just order from the website and I only downloaded the app because of ASOS saying I'd get a discount of 15% off my first order via the app. However when I entered the code at checkout (GOASOS) it said that it only applies to new customers.
