3 stars: cool...but when will it start to work for android versions higher than 6? The notifications are not working for my android app - i can't hear the sound. It only works on android 6 and below but who is using that anymore?

3 stars: Would have made it 5 but its not active, even when you are on the app, screen is on, fast internet service and everything all I see is I missed a chat and I even tried chatting myself same thing...complained a coulple of times, they reffered me to a page saying its push notification but hey,....am on the app dummy.
3 stars: Great app. I love it. I give it 3 stars because after the recent update, the app doesn't send sound notifications, it just vibrates. When I try to toggle the vibrate button off, it automatically turns back on. You guys should fix this bug. The app is almost useless without the sound notifications
3 stars: Sometimes it works for weeks straight. Then for some reason, my app gets disconnected, or signed out or something, and I don't know it. Of course I'm being charged for the service, but my customers can't reach me. Sometimes I don't notice that has happened for days.. maybe a week. 11/20/20 edited to 3 stars. All i have to do to fix the issue is log out and back in every day. Not id...
